The HOD will hold its 2026 Interim Meeting from Nov. 6-10 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort Orlando, Florida. Meetings of the AMA groups (sections) will take place on Nov. 5-6, preceding the HOD’s opening session.

Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort
Reserve your room online at the meeting headquarters hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. You can also call 1-800-227-1500 to make a reservation or modify an existing reservation with their central reservation operators. Make sure to mention that you will be attending the AMA House of Delegates meeting.

Please be sure to make your hotel reservation by the cut-off date of Oct. 12, 2026. AMA cannot guarantee room availability after the published cut-off date.
*These rates are per night plus 12.5% for taxes. The resort fee is included in the guest room rate.
Canceling your reservation
Your individual deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 5 days prior to arrival or the hotel obtains your one-night deposit fee. You can either cancel by calling the hotel's reservation number, 1-800-227-1500, or through your online confirmation email.
